It was 3 years ago that we started working on immigrating to the United States when our elder son decided to pursue his higher education there. We were thinking about how our son will be able to pursue his career after graduation when work visa options are limited and complicated. We also thought that if we can get a permanent residence, it will help our other two kids as well to pursue their higher education and career in the USA.
Our search for permanent residence options lead us to the EB5 program and permanent residency through this program. Then the most important thing was to find an experienced attorney to file our I526 petition and help us through the entire process till we get the green card. During the process, we had spoken to a few other attorneys and Mr. Vaughan as well. After speaking to Mr. Vaughan, we got a comfort level as his words were reflecting his firm’s commitment, in-depth knowledge, and experience about the EB5 program.
We further had multiple discussions with Mr. Vaughan & Mr. Hassan Jatoi about the process and finalized to go with their firm to file our petition. There were multiple interactions throughout the filing process with them and their team in India starting from completing the application forms properly, source of funds, and other queries related to the investment. All were taken care of and answered patiently till sure. Mr. Hassan Jatoi was very keen to have the source of fund documentation to be clear as per requirement, and we were able to file I526 successfully and received the filing receipt.
Long way to go for us to get the conditional permanent residence and subsequently the permanent residence, but we feel that we are in the right hands to complete our immigration journey.
My family & I thank you Mr. Vaughan, Mr. Hassan Jatoi, and the team for your outstanding service extended to us.
